I build it with you or for you and launch it in the real world. Depending on what we find, that may be a workflow and SOP, tool setup and team training, or a custom AI-powered system, built around how you actually run, not a fixed product I resell.

You own all of it
Your setup, your data, your accounts, and the logic behind it. You keep every part, even if we stop working together. Take it in-house whenever your team is ready. Nothing walks out the door with me.
